Customers can withdraw fund from their own trading accounts or settle their account at anytime. But the beneficiaries of withdrawals must be the client himself. HNZ does not accept third party withdrawals in order to ensure safety of customer funds.

According to New Zealand the Anti-money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act, all funds must stay at least seven working days if the clients want to withdrawal or internal transfer it. Working day here is defined as the Hong Kong banking day. The third party withdrawl is not allowed.

When you using Hantec online payment gateway for deposit, total trading margin must reach at least 50% of the total deposit, otherwise, 5% of the total deposit will be charged as administrative costs.

 

e-Payment Instruction (Hantec Trading Station Only)

 

For your convenience in fund management, we have launched a new e-Payment function on the trading platform. This function allows you to submit the payment instruction round the clock.

The e-Payment service will be activated only if you have registered the information of your designated beneficiary bank account. If your e-Payment service is not yet activated, you can simply update us by using the form of “Notification of Particular Amendment” along with your bank proof (bank card, bank statement, bank book or so on). After activation, please verify your designated beneficiary bank account information is correct. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service officer, if you have any enquiry.

 

Withdrawal Note

Client should fill in and submit Withdrawal Note by fax at +853 2878 1879 or email to csd@hantec.com, and contact our Customer Services Officer for confirmation. The withdrawal can be made on the same day, if the confirmation is made before 11:00am. Otherwise, it will be preceded in the next working day.

Generally, the process of telegraphic transfer takes 2 – 5 working days. (Remarks: Banks may impose administration fee with telegraphic transfer, you may contact your bank for more information.)

 

Transaction costs

In addition to deducting the fee to the bank, intermediary may also charge a fee. The amount varies among different intermediaries.

For customer who withdraws HKD, HNZ will basically use the exchange rate [Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited announced premium] at around half past nine for exchange transaction. HNZ has the right to adjust the market exchange rates without any prior notice.
