Online Security Tips

• Change your password regularly.
• A secure password is easy for you to remember but can’t be easily guessed. Do not use your ID number, date of birth or telephone number.
• Always log off when you have finished with any online session and do not leave your computer unattended.
• Keep your login ID and password confidential. Do not reveal your password to anyone. You only need to provide your password to our dealer for confirming your identity when conducting trades over the phone.
• We strongly recommend that you install firewall and virus protection software on your computer.

Remark: The Java Runtime Environment (JRE) is required to activate our HNZ Trading Station; it may take around 30 minutes for the initial setup of JRE which depends on different local network situation. Please wait patiently!
