Individual Account
If you decide to apply an account in person, you can contact our customer service officers and make an appointment with them.
Please prepare:
** National ID / Government issued ID Card; or
** Passport; or
** A valid government-issued Driver's License;
A bank account statement, bank card, or bank passbook
An effective residential address proof (e.g. a bank statement, telephone or power bill etc)
If you decide to apply an account by the internet, please follow the following procedures:
Please read and confirm the “Financial Service Guides (FSG)” and “Product Information Statement (PIS)” before you open an account.
Please read and confirm the “Terms and Condition” before you open an account.
Complete and sign for the Account Opening Form, and mail the documents in addition to the following documents to our office
** The document must be issued by a government body, and include a photograph and signature of each person completing this form. If the Client does not have any of these documents, then please contact HML. HML will tell the Client what further identification is required.
